The WODUS name, logo, app design, source code, and original content in the WODUS mobile application are owned by AAAM Dev and protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of the app or its content is prohibited except as permitted by law.

Trademarks

WODUS is a trademark of Maombi Lab / AAAM Dev. The Android package name remains com.aaamdev.boxwave. CrossFit® is a registered trademark of CrossFit, LLC. WODUS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CrossFit, LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the app are the property of their respective owners.

Third-party content

WODUS may display content provided by your gym, other athletes, or third-party services. That content remains the property of its respective owners. Open-source libraries used in WODUS are subject to their own license terms.

User-generated content

By posting content in WODUS (such as community posts or profile information), you retain ownership of your content. You grant your gym and AAAM Dev a limited license to display and process that content solely to operate the app and provide services to you and your gym.
