Request account deletion
Submitting this form starts a permanent account deletion request for your Box Sync account. Deactivation or freezing your account is not sufficient — we will delete your profile and associated personal data as described below.
What gets deleted
- Profile and athlete info (name, birth date, medical/emergency contact data)
- Class bookings and attendance history
- Personal records (PRs) and WOD results
- Community posts and likes
- Uploaded avatars and payment proof images
- Login credentials (email/password account)
What may be retained
- Anonymized or legally required payment and audit records — Retained for tax compliance and fraud prevention, for up to 7 years where required by law.
- Minimal security logs — Retained only as needed for security investigations, typically up to 90 days.
